Parish Groups Scheduling Space for Events & Meetings
With many groups trying to utilize rooms in the church and Parish Center, we must all be mindful to follow proper procedure in reserving space in the media center, the meeting rooms (both church and Center), the library, or the gym. Anyone wishing to hold weekly or monthly meetings should send a typewritten copy to the Parish Office, including dates, times, and contact information. We will try to accommodate your needs according to availability.
Franciscan Center Rentals
Planning an anniversary or birthday party, bridal or baby shower, or a basketball league? The Franciscan Center Meeting Room, Kitchen and Gym are available for rental. For an active registered parishioner the rate is $25/hour for the Meeting Room; $50 fee for the kitchen (if used); $75 cleaning fee; $75/hour for the gym. Rates for non-parishioners are available upon request. All renters must provide an insurance certificate of liability.
Post Funeral Gatherings
If not already booked, the Meeting Room and kitchen are also available for gatherings after a funeral. If celebrated here at St. Joseph’s, there is no charge. Call or stop into the Parish Office for more information or rental forms.
